Additional Terms

The Additional Terms are the special terms and conditions relating to the particular sources and/or aspects of the service as updated from time to time and will apply if the Customer has selected the relevant Sources or particular aspect of the Service on the Order Form. The applicable Additional Terms can be identified by the Source ID Number.

Data Processing Agreement

The Data Processing Agreement (“the DPA”) are the terms and conditions that forms part of an Agreement between the Parties for the Customer’s use of the Services which involves the Processing of Personal Data.
