1.1 The End User acknowledged that the Supplier Data is protected by copyright and/or other applicable law. Any use of the Supplier Data other than as authorised under these Additional Terms and the Agreement or copyright law is prohibited. By exercising any rights to the Supplier Data provided, The End User accepts and agrees to be bound by these Additional Terms.
1.2 The End User acknowledges that the Supplier Data is sourced from LINZ Data Service and this Licence is granted on the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License (CC BY 4.0) published at creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode, amended as follows:
a) The definition of “Licensed Material” in CC BY 4.0 includes the Supplier Data.

2. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS AND REGULATIONS
2.1 The End User will ensure that each search conducted for this Dataset relates to the name of a specific individual with whom the End User has an existing or prospective business relationship, and the individual is made aware and agreed (whether implied or not) that an identity verification check will be conducted with third party organisations.
