1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the Agreement:

“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1 The End User acknowledges that GBG’s data provider, LexisNexis, for this Dataset pools and maintains email addresses in encrypted, hashed and/or aggregated form, without identifying the End User and in compliance with all Applicable Data Protection Laws (“Pseudonymized Email Address”) as part of its data consortium (“Email Consortium”), when GBG runs a transaction in the Supplier’s platform
2.2 The End User acknowledges and accepts that the Supplier uses email addresses as part of its Email Consortium for the purposes of:
• Providing security and operations management;
• Research and development;
• Maintaining and improving the Supplier’s services provided to other Supplier’s customers;
• Developing scores designed to prevent financial crimes and/or comply with applicable laws and regulations
2.3 The End User grants GBG a perpetual, non-terminable, non-revocable, royalty-free right to sublicence the use the End User Data provided as part of this Dataset and pursuant to the Agreement to LexisNexis for the purposed outlined at clause 2.2 above.

3. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS AND REGULATIONS
3.1 The End User shall ensure that it notifies and obtains any required express or implied consents (including consent to the Supplier’s privacy notice from its Data Subjects whose Personal Data LexisNexis receives as a controller arising out of the use of this Dataset.
