The Supplier Data used to provide German Financial Data is supplied by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licensing provisions:

1. USE OF THE DATASET
1.1 The End User warrants that it will not modify, send or disseminate the Supplier Data or Results to any other party.
1.2 The End undertakes to include the following information in its fair processing notice/privacy notice to inform the data subject that the End User:

“Procures information concerning your previous payment conduct from Crif Burgel GmbH, Leopoldstrase 244, 80807, Munchen which as a credit reference agency stores data for the provision of information” or

“Procures credit rating information based on mathematical-statistical processes by using your address data Crif Burgel GmbH, Leopoldstrase 244, 80807, Munchen, which as a credit reference agency stores data for the provision of information”
