The Supplier Data used to provide UK Edited & Historical Electoral Roll Dataset is supplied by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licensing provisions:

1. USE OF THE DATASET
1.1 The End User shall not use the Supplier Data or Results in whole or part to create any data file or database for either:
(a) “gone away” name and/or address suppression;
(b) home moves identification or which performs the same; or
(c) a similar function to that specified in (a) and (b) above other than for the purposes of suppressing “gone aways” within the Supplier Data.
1.2 The End User shall not use or provide any or all of the Supplier Data or Results for the provision of credit reference information services.
1.3 The End User shall comply with all legislation or regulations from time to time governing the use and possession of the Supplier Data.
1.4 The End User acknowledges that the Supplier Data is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
2.1 All rights and interest (including without limitation copyright and other intellectual property rights and proprietary rights) in the Supplier Data vest in and are expressly reserved by the Supplier (or its third party licensors) and the End User shall acquire no rights whatsoever therein.
