• A GBG Group Company, GBG Beijing, hosts the Supplier Data. GBG Beijing is based in Beijing, China
• No personal data is transferred to the Supplier

The Supplier Data used to provide China Address Data is supplied by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licensing provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“Applicable Chinese Laws” means Surveying and Mapping Law of the People’s Republic of China, Regulation on Basic Surveying and Mapping, Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Surveying and Mapping Achievements, Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China and National Security Law of the People’s Republic of China.
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and/or conditions for the use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set out in clause 2.2 – 2.3 below as applicable in addition to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement and at clause 2.1.
“Supplier Data” means the geographic data for the Territory made available by GBG’s data supplier. Due to China national security policy, certain sensitive areas of China are restricted from being included in map databases.
“Territory” means the cities of People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), Hong Kong and/or Macau (i.e. not including Taiwan)

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1. This Dataset may only be used for the Customer Use Cases detailed below, provided that such Customer Use Case is selected on the End User's Order Form, the End User complies with any use case restriction set out in the Agreement, and the End User agrees that it shall not use the Dataset for anything other than the Permitted Purpose:

2.2. In addition to the Customer Use Case restrictions contained within clause 2.1 (including any conditions that apply to that Customer Use Case) the End User understands that the Supplier Data will at all times be hosted in China and at no point can the raw Supplier Data be exported outside of China.
2.3. Transfers of Supplier Data to third countries or international organization may be subject to specific export regulations regarding the Applicable Chinese Laws. End User acknowledges that it shall, at its own expense, comply with all such regulations and that latitude and longitude information is subject to applicable China government approvals.

3. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
3.1. GBG does not transfer End User Data to the Supplier to provide this Dataset.
