The Supplier Data used to provide the New Zealand DIA Birth, DIA Citizen and DIA Passport Dataset is provided by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with the Supplier that all Intermediaries comply with the following licensing provisions:

1.1 DEFINITIONS
“Agency Agreement” means the due diligence forms and agreement that must be completed by the Intermediary’s End User, returned to and verified by the Supplier, in order for the End User to access this Dataset.
“Department of Internal Affairs (“DIA”) means that governmental department of New Zealand.
1.2 The Intermediary acknowledges and accepts that prior to an End User being granted access to this Dataset, the End User must confirm and evidence to GBG and/or the Intermediary that the End User it:
(a) is registered with RBNZ and are an Australian or New Zealand registered business entity;
(b) Complete a DIA application form; and
(c) Sign a DIA Agency Agreement
1.3 The Intermediary shall assist and help facilitate GBG with the End User requirements for this Dataset listed in clause 1.2 above.
