• No Sub-processors are used

The Supplier Data that GBG uses to provide this Dataset is supplied by GBG’s Data Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with the Data Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following provisions:

1. USE OF SUPPLIER DATA BY END USER
1.1 Prohibited End Users: The Supplier Data must not be used by or for End Users that could reasonably be identified as a competitor of the Data Supplier. Such companies include: Reed Elsevier, LexisNexis, TransUnion, Media 1 LL/M1 Data and Analytics LLC, Database 101, Volt Delta, Neustar/Targusinfo, HIS Markit, and Xcelerated LLC.
1.2 End User must not use the Supplier Data as the source for determination of consumer credit worthiness, consumer credit approval, or a consumer’s eligibility for employment or insurance. End User must not use the Supplier Data as the sole source in generating a consumer report as defined in 15 U.S. Code § 1681a. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the End User may use the Supplier Data as a component in a product which carries out one of the above specified functions, provided that the Supplier Data is not the basis for decision making in such products.
1.3 End User shall, where required by law, respond to all consumer inquiries about End User’s use of the Supplier Data.
1.4 End User shall not make any marketing solicitations using Supplier Data to individuals who have not requested to receive such solicitations from the End User.

2. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
2.1. GBG does not use Sub-processors. The Supplier Data is hosted by GBG.
