• GBG hosts the Supplier Data
• No Sub-processors used

The Supplier Data that GBG uses to provide Additional Data Sets are obtained from the Office for National Statistics (“Data Supplier”) who has published the Supplier Data in accordance with its open source licence terms. GBG is obliged under the terms of the open source licence provided by its Data Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following provisions. These terms apply to all Additional Datasets checks. Individual Additional Dataset checks are identified by the ID number on the Order Form.

1. USE OF THE SERVICE AND COPYRIGHT LICENCES
1.1 The Supplier Data contains National Statistics data © Crown copyright and database and is licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 which is incorporated into these Additional Terms. In the event of a breach of these Additional Terms by an End User the rights granted to the End User under this licence, or any similar licence will end automatically.
1.2 The Supplier Data may also include the intellectual property rights of other organisations, specifically:
a) Digital boundaries and reference maps also contain OS data © Crown copyright and database right;
b) Postcode products (including postcode lookups) also contain data derived from Code-Point® Open, Royal Mail data © Royal Mail copyright and database right and OS data © Crown copyright and database right;
c) Address products (including address lookups) also contain data derived from AddressBase®, GeoPlace data © Local Government Information House Limited copyright and database right and OS data © Crown copyright and database right.
1.3 Where an End User is explicitly permitted in its Agreement with GBG to publish or otherwise share the Supplier Data with any other third party (for example as an authorised reseller or channel partner), the End User must ensure that all additional End Users who receive or access the Supplier Data receive a copy of these Additional Terms and associated copyright notices.

2. END USER OBLIGATIONS
The End User agrees to not to use the Supplier Data in a way that suggests any official status or in a way that suggests that the Data Supplier endorses the End User or its use of the Supplier Data.

3. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
GBG does not use Sub-processors to provide this element of the Service as the Supplier Data is hosted by GBG.

4. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
4.1 The Supplier Data is licensed 'as is' and the Data Supplier and GBG exclude all representations, warranties, obligations and liabilities in relation to the Supplier Data to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4.2 The Data Supplier and GBG are not liable for any errors or omissions in the Supplier Data and shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of any kind caused by its use.
4.3 The Data Supplier and GBG cannot guarantee the continued supply of the Supplier Data.
