• No Sub-processors used

The Supplier Data that GBG uses to provide France data is supplied by Data Supplier GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Data Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following provisions:

1. END USER OBLIGATIONS
1.1. The End User warrants that it has collected and the processed the Personal Data contained in the Client Data in accordance with European and French Law. More specifically, as a Controller, the End User shall:
(a) Declare Processing or treatment of the Personal Data to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL);
(b) Retain this Personal Data for a period that does not exceed the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
(c) inform the Data Subject from whom this Data is collected prior to Processing of :
i. the identity information it holds;
ii. the objective of the processing or data treatment;
iii. the possible recipients of the Personal Data;
iv. the right to object, access, correct and delete the Personal Data; and
v. the right to object before Processing.

2. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
2.1. GBG does not use Sub-processors to provide you with this element of the Service as the Supplier Data is hosted by GBG

3. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
3.1. In relation to any matter concerning this Dataset only these Additional Terms shall be exclusively governed by the laws of Germany and the Client agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of Gutersloh Germany.
