The data that GBG uses to provide Full Electoral Roll data is supplied by GBG’s Data Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Data Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the provisions set out below. These terms apply to all Full Electoral Roll checks. Individual Full Electoral Roll checks are identified by an ID Number on the Client’s Order Form.

1. USE OF THE SUPPLIER DATA
1.1 The Supplier Data may only be used for the End User’s internal business use.
1.2 The End User shall not sell, transfer, distribute or otherwise make the Supplier Data available to, or use the Supplier Data on behalf of, any third party.
1.3 The Data Supplier may from time to time change the content of the Supplier Data and/or upgrade or modify any of the methods used to access the Supplier Data.
1.4 The End User acknowledges that the Supplier Data is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
1.5 The End User must immediately notify GBG as soon as it becomes aware of, or has reason to suspect, there to have been breach of these terms or the Agreement.
1.6 The End User may not make any representation in respect of the Supplier Data.

2. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
2.1 GBG does not use Sub-processors to provide this element of the Service as the Supplier Data is hosted by GBG.
2.2 The End User shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations or conditions which apply from time to time to the use and possession of the Supplier Data.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
3.1 Title, copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Supplier Data (other than the End User’s own data provided to the Data Supplier or GBG) shall at all times remain vested in the Data Supplier (or its third party licensors) and the End User shall acquire no rights whatsoever therein save as expressly provided in these terms.

4. TERMINATION
4.1 Notwithstanding the termination provisions between GBG and the Client in the General Terms, under the terms of GBG’s agreement with the Data Supplier, the supply of the Supplier Data can be terminated on 6 months’ notice.
