The Supplier Data that GBG uses to provide Bereavement Register data is supplied by GBG’s Data Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with Data Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms:
“Permitted Purpose” means the use of Supplier Data, for the purpose of identifying and removing names and addresses of individual who have died within the United Kingdom
“The Register” means the Bereavement Register, which consists of information relating to individuals who have died within the United Kingdom, for the purpose of identifying and removing names and addresses of such individuals

2. USE OF THE SERVICE
2.1. The End User may only use the Supplier Data for the Permitted Purpose in accordance with these terms.
2.2. Where the End User provides GBG with a list of customer names GBG will use the Register for the sole purpose of identifying and removing names and addresses of individuals who have died. The End User shall not be entitled to intentionally and knowingly direct market any household which has been identified by the Register as having suffered a bereavement.

3. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
3.1 GBG does not use Sub-processors to provide you with this element of the Service as to the Supplier Data is hosted by GBG.
