The Supplier Data that GBG uses to provide this Dataset is supplied by GBG’s Data Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with the Data Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following provisions:

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1.1. The Data Supplier enforces its copyright. It is the End Users’ obligation to ensure it compliant with any and all relevant terms of use and copyright requirements of the Data Supplier at: https://datafordeler.dk/vejledning/brugervilkaar/danmarks-adresseregister-dar/

2. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
2.1. GBG does not use Sub-processors. The Supplier Data is hosted by GBG.

3. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
3.1. The Data Supplier requires that use of the Supplier Data must be is in accordance with Danish law.
