• GBG hosts the Supplier Data
• No Sub-processors used

The Supplier Data that GBG uses to provide the Demolished (Planning) Data is supplied by GBG’s Data Supplier, Land and Property Services. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Data Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following provisions:
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms:
“Crown Copyright” means all copyright and database right which the Crown now has or may subsequently become entitled to in respect of the Supplier Data and any other documents, recording in any form and all other articles bearing or embodying any part of the Supplier Data.
“Permitted Purpose” means validation, cleansing and enhancing of address data and appending grid references.

2. USE OF THE SUPPLIER DATA
2.1 The End User may only use the Supplier Data for the Permitted Purpose in accordance with these terms.
2.2 The Supplier Data is subject to Crown Copyright. The Supplier Data may not be further sub-licensed, sold, demonstrated, lent, or otherwise transferred or exploited without the prior written permission of the Data Supplier.

3. LIABILITY EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
3.1 GBG and the Data Supplier shall not be held liable for the Supplier Data not being fit for the End User’s purpose or applications.t

4. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
4.1 GBG does not use Sub-processors to provide this element of the Service as the Supplier Data is hosted by GBG.

5. TERMINATION
5.1 GBG may terminate the access to the Supplier Data on 12 months’ written notice.
