The Supplier Data that GBG uses to provide this Dataset is supplied by GBG’s Data Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with the Data Supplier to ensure the End Users agrees to comply with the following provisions.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the Agreement:
“Applicable Chinese Laws” means Surveying and Mapping Law of the People’s Republic of China, Regulation on Basic Surveying and Mapping, Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Surveying and Mapping Achievements, Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China and National Security Law of the People’s Republic of China.
“Deliveries” means the Data and/or the storage media on which copies of the Data are contained and/or delivered to the End User, including but not limited to documentation, user instructions, these Additional Terms and packaging.
“Permitted Purpose” means use of the Data as a reference to validate and/or capture address data which delivers the resulting Validated Addresses for the End User’s own internal business use (which may, where allowed under the General Terms & Conditions of its Agreement include validating addresses for its customers).
“Supplier Data” means the geographic data for the Territory made available by the GBG’s data supplier. Due to China national security policy, certain sensitive areas of China are restricted from being included in map databases.
“Territory” means the cities of the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), Hong Kong and/or Macau (i.e. not including Taiwan).
“Validated Address” means an address for which the data has been referenced for validation and/or correction purposes.

2. USE OF THE SERVICE
2.1. The End User agrees to use the Supplier Data solely in accordance with the Permitted Purpose.
2.2. The End User understands that the Supplier Data will at all times be hosted in China, and at no point can the raw Supplier Data be exported outside of China.
2.3. Transfers of Supplier Data to third countries or international organization may be subject to specific export regulations regarding the Applicable Chinese Laws. End User acknowledges that it shall, at its own expense, comply with all such regulations that latitude and longitude information Supplier Data is subject to and shall obtain for itself the applicable China government approvals.

3. END USER OBLIGATIONS
3.1. End User shall not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Deliveries, inducing but not limited to modification, adaptations, or alterations that negatively impact the accuracy, completeness or integrity of the Deliveries without the prior written consent of the Data Supplier (which shall only be obtained via GBG).

4. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
4.1. GBG does not use Sub-processors. The Supplier Data is hosted by GBG.

5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
5.1. These Additional Terms shall be subject to and construed in conformity with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Additional Terms shall be settled through amicable negotiations between the Parties in the first instance.
5.2. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Additional Terms.
