GBG provides this Dataset as part of the Service. The End User agrees to comply with the following licencing provisions.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“Generate” means the generate option within the Self-Reporting Functionality.
“Report” means a report containing the elements of information accessible to the Customer within the Self-Reporting Functionality.
“Self-Reporting Functionality” means the functionality that enables the Customer to Generate Reports in relation to: searches and User last login which both contain personal data; usage reporting; and any other functionality which may be added from time to time.
“Session” means a 30 minute session within the Self-Reporting Functionality which is triggered when the User clicks on the Generate option within the Self-Reporting Functionality.

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1 The Customer will be charged per Session in accordance with the Charges set out in the Order Form.
2.2 The Customer may Generate an unlimited number of Reports within the Session.
2.3 Notwithstanding a visual countdown which will be displayed within the Self-Reporting Functionality, it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to export the Report prior to the expiry of the Session.
2.4 The Self-Reporting Functionality will be accessible by the Customer’s System Administrator and the responsibility for provisioning access to the appropriate Users shall be the responsibility of the Customer System Administrator.

3. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
3.1.GBG shall act as a processor in respect of the personal data within Self-Reporting and process the same on the documented instructions of the Customer, the controller of the personal data within Self-Reporting.
3.2 The processing provisions within the Investigate Product Terms shall apply to the use of this Dataset.
