GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licensing provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and/or conditions for the use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set out in the Additional Terms below in addition to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement.

2. USE OF THIS DATASET
2.1. The End User undertakes, warrants and represents that the materials and message delivered to customers of the End User is the responsibility of the End User and that such materials and message must not expressly state knowledge of a specific house transaction or that the property is known to be in the process of a legal conveyance (by way of example only, it must not state “it looks like you’re moving house”)
2.2. If requested by a regulation or statutory law, the End User shall destroy, delete and purge all Supplier Data and Confidential Information disclosed or supplied to the End User by GBG in connection with this Dataset.
2.3. The End User warrants that it will not use this Dataset for any reason outside of the Permitted Purpose.

3. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
3.1 Notwithstanding the other termination provisions in this Agreement, under the terms of GBG’s agreement with its Supplier, the supply of this Dataset may be terminated at any time by giving one months’ notice or suspended immediately if a regulatory body recommends or requires cessation or cancellation of the supply of the Supplier Data.
3.2 Where applicable, the End User shall destroy or return all Supplier Data (or data containing such Supplier Data) on the expiry or earlier termination of the Agreement.
