The Supplier Data used to provide EIIR Insolvency Data is supplied by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and or conditions for the use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set out in the Additional Terms below in addition to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement. 

2. USE OF THIS DATASET
2.1 The End User shall:
a) Under no circumstances reproduce the Supplier Data, the Service or provide a similar service using the Supplier Data or information extracted from it; and
b) Not retain information in respect of an individual after that individual’s data is removed from the Service and the Supplier Data save where it may be retained under Applicable Data Protection Laws;
2.2 The Supplier shall have the right to make any changes to the Supplier Data which are necessary to comply with any applicable law, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Supplier Data. In the event of any changes, GBG shall notify the End User.
2.3 The End User warrants it shall not use the Dataset for any reason outside of the Permitted Purpose.
