GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“Act” means the Police and Justice Act 2006.
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and/or conditions for the use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set out in the Additional Terms below in addition to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement.  

2. USE OF THIS DATASET
2.1 The End User may only use this Dataset as permitted by the Agreement, these Additional Terms and in accordance with the Act and only to combat identity fraud and impersonation of the deceased fraud.
2.3. The End User warrants that it will not use the Supplier Data for any reason outside of the Permitted Purpose.

3. LIABILITY
3.1. Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Supplier the liability of the Supplier under or in connection with the Supplier Data, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed £1,000.

4. TERMINATION
4.1. Notwithstanding the termination provisions between GBG and the End User in the Agreement, under the terms of GBG’s agreement with the Supplier, the supply of the Supplier Data and this Dataset can be terminated at any time by giving 90 days’ written notice to the End User.
4.2. The Supplier is also entitled to terminate the supply of Supplier Data immediately in the event, GBG undergoes a change of control, or if GBG or the End User commits a material breach of these Additional Terms.
