The Supplier Data used to provide the Potential VOIP/Business Numbers Dataset is supplied by GBG’s Supplier, Ofcom. The Supplier has published the Supplier Data in accordance with its open source licence terms. GBG is obliged under the terms of the open source licence provided by its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms the following definitions shall apply in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and or conditions for use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set in the Additional Terms below in addition to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement.

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1. The Supplier Data contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/version/3/) which is incorporated into these Additional Terms.
2.2. Where an End User is explicitly permitted in its Agreement with GBG to publish or otherwise share the Supplier Data with any other third party (for example as an authorised reseller or channel partner), the End User must ensure that all additional End Users who receive or access the Supplier Data receive a copy of these Additional Terms and associated copyright notices.
2.3. In the event of a breach of these Additional Terms by an End User the rights granted to the End User under this licence, or any similar licence will end automatically.
2.4. The End User agrees to not to use this Dataset in a way that suggests any official status or in a way that suggests that the Supplier endorses the End User or its use of the Supplier Data.
2.5. The End User warrants that it will not use this Dataset for any reason outside of the Permitted Purpose.

3. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
3.1 The Supplier and GBG are not liable for any errors or omissions in the Supplier Data and shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of any kind caused by its use.
3.2 The Supplier and GBG cannot guarantee the continued supply of the Supplier Data.
