The Supplier Data used to provide the IVA Bankruptcy Matching & IVA Premium Datasets is obtained from a number of GBG's Supplier. One of GBG’s Suppliers is The Stationery Office Limited. The Supplier has published the Supplier Data in accordance with its open source licence terms. GBG is obliged under the terms of the open source licence provided by its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions. These Additional Terms apply to all IVA Bankruptcy Matching & IVA Premium Datasets. Individual IVA Bankruptcy Matching & IVA Premium Datasets can be identified by the ID Number listed on the End User’s Order Form.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 In these Additional Terms the following definitions shall apply in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and or conditions for use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set in the Additional Terms below in addition to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement.

2. USE OF THE SERVICE AND COPYRIGHT LICENCES
2.1 The Supplier Data contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/version/3/) which is incorporated into these Additional Terms.
2.2 The End User warrants that it will not use the Supplier Data for any reason outside of the Permitted Purpose.

3. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
3.1 The Supplier Data contains data provided by third parties and as such the Supplier shall not be liable to the End User for any error or omission in the data supplied by such third parties or the failure by such third parties to supply data to the Supplier.

4. TERMINATION
4.1 Notwithstanding the other termination provisions in the Agreement, under the terms of GBG’s agreement with its Supplier, the supply of this Dataset may be terminated at any time by giving the End User three months’ notice or immediately if the Supplier ceases to publish the Supplier Data.
