The Supplier Data used to provide these Datasets is supplied and licenced by various GBG’s Suppliers. The following Suppliers requires GBG to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licensing provisions.
DEFINITIONS
In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and / or conditions for the use of the Dataset outlined by Canada Post as set out in the Additional Terms below, in addition to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement.
CANADA POST CORPORATION (“CANADA POST”)
1. USE OF THE DATASET
1.1. The End User acknowledges that it is only licensed to use this Dataset in conjunction with the relevant Product / Service selected on the End User’s Order Form and has no right to use the Dataset on a stand-alone basis or for any other purpose.
1.2. The End User shall not engage in “service scraping or bulk downloading” of the Dataset either in whole or in part.
1.3. The End User shall not use the Canada Post Supplier Data for the purposes of addressing mail, pre-sorting addressed mail or preparing unaddressed mail by householder count for delivery.
NEW ZEALAND POST
1. USE OF THE DATASET
1.1 The End User (and any of its agents and sub-contractors) may only use Supplier Data in accordance with the Agreement, for the End User’s internal purposes, and in combination with the Services.
2. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
2.1. The End User must indemnify the Supplier and keep the Supplier indemnified against any claim, proceeding, damage, liability, loss, cost or expense (including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis), whether arising in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with any breach by the End User of any of the above terms or the use of the Supplier Data by the End User or any other person who has obtained the Supplier Data from the End User. The End User’s total aggregate liability to the Supplier under this clause 4.1 shall not exceed $250,000.
3. RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
3.1. The Supplier must have rights to enforce the above terms for the purposes of the Contracts (Privity) Act 1982 and is entitled to terminate the End User’s right to use any Supplier Data if the End User breaches any of these terms.
HERE DATA
1. USE OF THE DATASET
1.1 Where any portion of the Supplier Data is made available to an End User, the following provisions shall apply:
(a) the End User must not use the Supplier Data with geographic data from direct competitors of the Supplier. A “direct competitor” in this context shall mean a business entity which markets, licences and distributes its own proprietary digital geographic database;
(b) the End User acknowledges and accepts that the Supplier Data is subject to certain regulatory and third-party supplier restrictions and obligations (including copyright notices) which are currently available via the Supplier’s website at https://legal.here.com/en-gb/terms/general-content-supplier-terms-and-notices;
(c) where the End User is a United States Government user (and/or a similar body who wishes to claim similar rights), the Supplier Data shall be treated as a "commercial item", as defined at 48 C.F.R. 2.101, and is licensed in accordance with the End User terms specified in the Agreement and in these Additional Terms.
1.2 Except where an End User has been specifically licensed to do so by GBG, an End User may not:
(a) use the Dataset or Supplier Data with any products, systems or applications installed or otherwise connected to or in communication with vehicles, capable of vehicle navigation, positioning, dispatch, real time route guidance, fleet management or similar applications; or
(b) with or in communication with any positioning devices or any mobile or wireless-connected electronic or computer devices, including without limitation cellular phones, palmtop and handheld computers, pagers and personal digital assistants or PDA’s.
1.3 The End User warrants that it will not use this Dataset for any reason outside of the Permitted Purpose
2. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
2.1 The End User acknowledges and agrees that the Supplier Data is provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, the Supplier disclaims all warranties, express implied or otherwise, of quality, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, reliability, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
2.2. Liability for any claim, demand or action arising out of the use or possession of the Supplier Data is expressly excluded irrespective of the nature of the cause of the claim, demand or action.
2.3. In no circumstance shall GBG or the Supplier be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, contracts or savings, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use the Dataset or Supplier Data, any defect or inaccuracy in the Supplier Data, whether in an action in contract or tort or based on a warranty, even if the End User, GBG, the Supplier or their affiliates or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LICENSING RIGHTS
3.1. ©NAVTEQ - The Supplier holds a non-exclusive license from the United States Postal Service to publish and sell ZIP+4 information.

ROYAL MAIL PAF
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Royal Mail PAF Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“Alias File” means the file which contains ‘Locality’, Thoroughfare’, Delivery Point’ and ‘County Alias’ details.
“PAF” means the database, or any part of it, known as the ’Postcode Address File’, containing all known delivery address and Postcode information in the United Kingdom as may be amended from time to time that the End User has elected to receive pursuant to the terms of this Agreement as supplied or contained in any Licensed Product. PAF is a registered trademark of Royal Mail.
“PAF Data” means Royal Mail’s database known as PAF and including the database known as the “Alias File” and any updates of the same.
“Supplier Data” means the PAF Data provided by Royal Mail, which is the subject of these terms.
“User” means an individual authorised by an End User to use the Dataset.
2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1. The End User warrants that it will not use this Dataset for any reason outside of the Customer Use Case and Permitted Purpose.
3.PERMITTED PURPOSE
3.1. The End User may freely use PAF Data provided it is in accordance with these Additional Terms and the Agreement.
3.2. Save as set out in clause 4 the End User must not be supply or provide a third-party with any access to this Dataset or the PAF Data.
3.3. The End User must not permit access to, display or communicate to the public the Dataset, except for the purposes of capturing or confirming address details.
3.4. Except as set out in these Additional Terms, the End User must not:
(a) transfer, assign, sell or licence the Dataset or its use to any other person; or
(b) use the Dataset to create a product or service distributed or sold to any third party which relies on any use of PAF Data.
4. SUBCONTRACTING
4.1. The End User may provide PAF Data to their subcontractors who may use it to the extent necessary for:
(a) the provision of information technology services to the End User; or
(b) acting on behalf of the End User
in each case for the End User's own business purposes and not those of the sub-contractor and provided that each such sub-contractor agrees to observe the restrictions on use of PAF Data contained in the Agreement and these terms and that the End User is responsible for any breaches of those terms by such sub-contractor.
5. PERSONAL RIGHTS
5.1. The End User’s rights are personal, limited and non-transferable.
6. ROYAL MAIL'S IPR NOTICE
6.1. The End User acknowledges that Royal Mail is the owner of the Intellectual Property Rights in PAF Data and it does not acquire and is not granted any rights to use those Intellectual Property Rights other than as set out in the Agreement and in these Additional Terms.
7. CESSATION OF USE OF PAF DATA
7.1. The End User must cease use of PAF Data if their right to use it is terminated by the Supplier or GBG and the End User must also destroy any copies of PAF Data they hold.
8. USE BY USERS OF PAF DATA
8.1. The End User must ensure that:
(a) the terms contained within the Agreement and these terms bind their Users;
(b) only their Users exercise the use rights of PAF Data granted to the End User further to the Agreement and these Additional Terms; and
(c) in the event of termination or expiry of the End User’s rights to use the PAF Data or Dataset, the rights of Users to use the PAF Data and Dataset also terminate.
ROYAL MAIL MULTI RESIDENTIAL
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“Multiple Residence Data” means Royal Mail’s database known as ‘Multiple Residence’, which contains address records for properties receiving mail at a single address, as may be amended from time to time;
“Supplier Data” means the Multiple Residence Data provided by Royal Mail, which is the subject of these Additional Terms.
“User” means an individual authorised by an End User to use the Dataset.
2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1. The End User warrants that it will not use this Dataset for any reason outside of the Permitted Purpose.
3. PERMITTED PURPOSE
3.1. The End User may freely use Multiple Residence Data in accordance with these terms and the terms of the Agreement.
3.2. Save as set out in clause 4 the End User must not be supply or provide a third-party with any access to this Dataset.
3.3. The End User must not permit access to, display or communicate to the public the Dataset, except for the purposes of capturing or confirming address details.
3.4. Except as set out in these Additional Terms, the End User must not:
(a) transfer, assign, sell or licence the Dataset or its use to any other person; or

5. PERSONAL RIGHTS

6. ROYAL MAIL'S IPR NOTICE

8. USE BY USERS OF MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DATA
8.1. The End User must ensure that:
(a) the terms contained within the Agreement and these terms bind their Users;
(b) only their Users exercise the use rights of Multiple Residence Data granted to the End User further to the Agreement and these Additional Terms; and
(c) in the event of termination or expiry of the End User’s rights to use the Multiple Residence Data, the rights of End Users to use the Dataset also terminate.
