The Supplier Data used to provide the Absolute Movers Datasets is supplied by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licensing provisions. These Additional Terms apply to all Absolute Movers Datasets. Individual Absolute Movers Datasets can be identified by the ID Number listed on the End User’s Order Form.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and/or conditions for the use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set the Additional Terms below in addition to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement.

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1. The End User shall not use this Dataset for:
(a) The purpose of assessing creditworthiness and/or
(b) sub-licensing, selling or otherwise disclosing or making available such Supplier Data to any third party acting as a credit reference agency or as or as a supplier of information used for assessing creditworthiness or as a reseller of the Supplier Data or any data files screened against the Supplier Data.
2.2. The End User shall only use this Dataset solely as a source of reference for the correction or suppression of invalid records contained within the End User’s own mailing files. For the avoidance of doubt such purposes shall exclude
(a) The provision of any bureau services to any third party; and/or
(b) The resale, distribution or sub-licensing of the Supplier Data or any data files screened against the Supplier Data.
2.3. The End User warrants it shall not use this Dataset for any reason outside of the Permitted Purpose.

3. TERMINATION
3 .1. Notwithstanding the termination provisions between GBG and the End User in the General Terms, under the terms of GBG’s agreement with the Supplier, the supply of this Dataset can be terminated on 3 months written notice.
