• The Supplier receives and processes Consumer Data in its capacity as an independent controller

The Supplier Data used to provide the Identity Fraud Dataset is provided by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions.

1. USE OF THE DATASET
1.1. End Users acknowledge and accept that checks made with the Supplier may be reported to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau if required to be reported in accordance with GBG’s agreement with the Supplier.

2. TERMINATION
2.1 Notwithstanding the termination provisions between GBG and the End User in the General Terms, under the terms of GBG’s agreement with the Supplier, the supply of the Dataset can be terminated upon the Supplier providing GBG with thirty (30) days prior written notice.
