The Supplier Data used to provide 0520 Peru Identity Dataset is supplied by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.

2. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
2.1. The End User warrants that prior to using the Dataset it has obtained the appropriate consent from each individual consumer in accordance with the applicable Peruvian data protection law for the collection, disclosure and use of such consumer's personal data, has in place a transparent and compliant privacy policy available to consumers, retains evidence of consent and complies with jurisdiction-specific requirements, such as but not limited to database registration with the competent data protection authority and information about any cross-border data transfers. The End User warrants that it will use such personal data only as permitted by such consent.
