GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions. These Additional Terms apply to all 0307 International Sanctions (FCRA), 0308 International PEP (FCRA) and International Adverse Media Datasets. Individual 0307 International Sanctions (FCRA), 0308 International PEP (FCRA) and International Adverse Media Datasets can identified by the ID Number listed on the End User’s Order Form.

1. DEFINITIONS 

1.1 In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms: 

"FCRA" means the US Fair Consumer Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C §1681 et seq. 

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1 If a data subject resides in the United States or any of its territories, the the following shall apply:

2.1.1 The End User acknowledges that it is using this Dataset for FCRA purposes, which includes a data subject's eligibility for (a) credit or insurance to be used primarily for personal, family or household purposes; (b) employment purposes; or (c) any other purposes authorised under section 1681b of the FCRA

2.1.2 The End User shall comply with all of its obligations under the FCRA, including determining the purposes of processing and informing the data subject accordingly. 

2.1.3 The End user acknowledges and agrees that GBG does not make any decisions regarding the data subject, nor does GBG have any influence or visibility over the End User's decision regarding a data subject's eligibility.
