The Supplier Data used to provide UK Edited & Historical Electoral Roll Dataset is supplied by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licensing provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and/or conditions for the use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set out in these Additional Terms below, in addition to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement. 

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1 The End User shall not use the Supplier Data or Results in whole or part to create any data file or database for either:
(a) “gone away” name and/or address suppression;
(b) home moves identification or which performs the same; or
(c) a similar function to that specified in (a) and (b) above other than for the purposes of suppressing “gone aways” within the Supplier Data.
2.2 The End User shall not use or provide any or all of the Supplier Data or Results for the provision of credit reference information services.
2.3 The End User shall comply with all legislation or regulations from time to time governing the use and possession of the Supplier Data.
2.4 The End User acknowledges that the Supplier Data is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.
2.5 The End User warrants that it will not use this Dataset for any reason outside of the Permitted Purpose.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
3.1 All rights and interest (including without limitation copyright and other intellectual property rights and proprietary rights) in the Supplier Data vest in and are expressly reserved by the Supplier (or its third party licensors) and the End User shall acquire no rights whatsoever therein.
